Shipping damage-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty. Once we received, conducted the inspection, and verified that your return meets above guidelines, allow 3-5 business days to process your refund including all applicable sales taxes. Any return without prior notice will not be accepted. If an auto part is found to be defective within 90 days from the original date of purchase, we shall provide either a one-time replacement part or a one-time full refund when the part is out of stock. If an auto part is found to be defective within one year but after 90 days from the original date of purchase, we only provide a one-time replacement or a partial refund. We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
